Celebrating Women’s Leadership, Cultural Diversity, and International Friendship!On October 20, 2026, the Taipei International Women’s Club (TIWC) held its October Monthly Meeting under the inspiring theme “Women in Diplomacy.”
We were deeply honored to welcome H.E. Ambassador Katherine Vanessa Meighan of Belize, who delivered an insightful and inspiring keynote speech, sharing her perspectives on women’s leadership and the important role of diplomacy in building understanding and international connections.
We were also delighted to welcome Mrs. Katayama from the Japan–Taiwan Exchange Association and Ms. Peggy Liao, TIWC Special Correspondent, whose presence made this gathering even more special.
Adding color and elegance to the occasion, TIWC members arrived in beautiful traditional and cultural attire, celebrating the richness of different cultures and the spirit of international friendship.
Through meaningful exchanges, warm conversations, and joyful moments, the meeting reflected TIWC’s three core values: Friendship, Education, and Philanthropy.
As we celebrate this beautiful October, TIWC continues to believe that **women’s leadership can build bridges across cultures and make the world more peaceful and beautiful.**

TIWC 第76屆十月份例會Women in Diplomacy｜女性與外交
展現女性領導力，促進文化交流，深化國際友誼！2026年10月20日，台北市國際婦女協會（TIWC）舉辦第76屆十月份例會，以「Women in Diplomacy｜女性與外交」為主題，共同探討女性在國際交流與外交領域所展現的影響力。
本次例會特別榮幸邀請 貝里斯駐台大使梅凱瑟閣下（H.E. Ambassador Katherine Vanessa Meighan)擔任專題演講貴賓，分享女性領導力與外交工作的寶貴經驗，讓與會會員深受啟發。
同時，也非常榮幸歡迎 日本台灣交流協會片山夫人，以及 TIWC特派記者廖珮含女士（Peggy Liao)蒞臨參與，為本次活動增添國際交流的精彩色彩。
為呼應本月主題，TIWC會員們特別穿著各國傳統服飾及文化特色服裝出席，展現多元文化之美，也讓會場充滿繽紛色彩與歡樂氣氛。
透過精彩的演講、溫暖的交流與跨文化的友誼，本次例會再次展現TIWC長年秉持的三大核心價值：**友誼（Friendship）、教育（Education）、慈善（Philanthropy）**。
TIWC相信，女性的力量不僅能跨越文化與國界，更能透過理解、尊重與合作，為世界帶來更多美好與和平。
