• Vision impaired students at National Taipei University, Chinese Culture University and Tamkang University: Until the year 2024, the Foundation assisted 851 vision-impaired students to buy study aids such as computers and voice recorders, with the total donation of nearly NT$ 9 million. Scholarship recipients were invited for a dinner prepared by Mrs. Virginia Yang to receive their scholarship and encouragements. Among the recipients, some excellent alumni have significant achievements. For example, Mr. Gie-Jow Lan was elected as the Ten Best Youths of the Year. Mr. Bing-Hong obtained lawyer qualification. Mr. Tai-The Chow has become a Judical Judge. Mr. Liu won the top best of official examination for advanced study in Germany.

(C) 學術機構：

• 台大醫學院、北醫大學、陽明交通大學等院校醫學生
• 陽明交大藥學系藥學生和食安所研究生
• 台北大學、中國文化大學、淡江大學視障學生：截至2024年，本基金會已協助851名視障學生購買電腦、錄音筆等學習輔助用品，累計捐款近900萬元新台幣。淡江大學及中國文化大學獎學金得主受邀出席楊女士準備的晚宴，接受獎學金及鼓勵。得獎校友中，不乏傑出校友，成就斐然。例如，藍先生榮膺十大傑出青年，洪先生取得律師資格，先生成為司法法官，劉先生獲得獎助赴德深造。

(D)Natural disaster relief:

• For the disaster caused by Typhoon Morakot in 2009, the Foundation made donations of NT$ 1.2 million through 6 channels, namely Red Cross of ROC, Tzu Ch Foundation, World Vision Taiwan, Dharma Drum Mountain, Lin Jong San Foundation and Eden Foundation.
• For the disaster caused by earthquake in northeast Japan in early March of 2011 which resulted in tsunami and nuclear plant failure, Mrs. Kun-Ti Lin made a donation of NT$ 2 million through TIWC to relief authorities in Japan.

(D)天然災害救助：

• 2009年莫拉克颱風災害，本基金會透過中華民國紅十字會、慈濟基金會、世界展望會台灣分會、法鼓山基金會、林忠山基金會及伊甸園基金會六個管道，捐款共計新台幣一百二十萬元。
• 2011年3月初，日本東北地區發生地震，引發海嘯及核電廠故障，林女士透過TIWC，向日本賑災機構捐款新台幣200萬元。

(E)Homes for TIWC and Lin Kundi Benevolent & Cultural Foundation

• The largest amount of donation from this Foundation to TIWC was NT$2,400,000 for the purchase of TIWC office, a building located on Chung-Ching South Road, Taipei. In addition, this Foundation donates NT$ 130,000 every year, including NT$30,000 to the charity party and NT$100,000 to support the expense of office maintenance.
• In 2023, the foundation used reserved funds to purchase an office at Chung-Hsiao East Road, Taipei as a permanent office and ground for activities.

(E)購置TIWC及財團法人台北市林坤地仁濟文教基金會的辦公室

• 本基金會捐款給TIWC(新台幣240萬元)，協助購買台北市中山南路的TIWC辦公室。此外，本基金會每年捐款13萬新台幣，包括3萬用於慈善晚會，10萬用於TIWC辦公室維護費用。
• 2023年，本基金會以公積金購置位於台北市忠孝東路的辦公室，作為永久財團法人台北市林坤地仁濟文教基金會辦公及活動場地。

(F)Social contribution

• In 2017, the foundation joined Taipei City Government in the Elderly Welfare Program and became one of the action stations of the Bureau of Social Welfare. In 2017, the Foundation received NT$145,600 subsidies for 4 lecture programs and one luncheon gathering of senior citizens. In 2018, the foundation received NT$400,000 subsidies for the same programs. In 2019, the foundation received NT$678,847. In 2020, the foundation received NT$ 684,000. About 100 elderly were benefited.
• In cooperation with the Yi Ching Study Society, Virginia gave lectures in October and November every year on Chinese astrology at Taipei City Social and Culture Center. Since January 2014, the Foundation has started a lecture course on the subjects of promoting personal health at the above Center every Saturday afternoon.
• The foundation has held popular seminars on health and wellness, Japanese language classes, and karaoke. Ms. Yang and her family and friends donated approximately NT$1 million to help establish the foundation and purchase the TIWC office.
