<TIWC February Meeting- The golden horse in spring>.
On the eighth day of the Lunar New Year in the Year of the Horse 2026, the TIWC members, dressed in their finest attire, gathered at the Taipei Yuan shan Club ation to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Horse and pray for a prosperous and successful year.
We thank President Caroline Chou , Treasurer Jen Chu , and Ways and Means Tong Fang Chou for preparing the festive New Year baskets. The specially decorated baskets were filled with oranges, candies, and various New Year snacks, creating a truly festive atmosphere.
During the meeting, besides exchanging New Year’s greetings, we also had the pleasure of a beautiful pipa player performing a lively medley of Year of the Horse pieces. Everyone danced along, creating a truly joyful and lively atmosphere.
Our best performing group at TIWC—the Mamarina Ocarina group—dressed up as always and performed beautiful pieces such as “The True Meaning of Love” and “The Gift of Love.” They also led all members in playing the kazoo, creating wonderful Lunar New Year memories together.
<TIWC二月例會-金馬迎春>
2026馬年的農曆初八，TIWC姐們盛裝出席，齊聚在台北圓山聯誼會，一起慶祝馬年的到來，祈願大家馬年一路發、馬年順利紅紅火火更美好。
我們感謝周郁萍會長、朱寶珍財務長及周東方募款組主任，為大家準備的新年盛籃，特別布置的提籃、擺滿了橘子、糖果、各式新年零食， 真的好有過年的氣氛。
會議中， 除了姐妹們相互祝賀拜年外， 我們也請到美麗的琵琶演奏家， 為我們帶來動感的馬年組曲，大家也一起跳起來， 真的熱鬧又開心。
我們TIWC最棒的表演團隊——Mamarina陶笛團，一如往常盛裝出席， 為我們表演了好聽的愛的真諦、愛的禮物曲目，也帶所有會員一同吹奏卡祖笛，大家全員一同吹奏、一同唱歌，留下美好的農曆新年回憶。
